1. No work can begin until written approval is received from the Association.
2. All work must be done expeditiously once commenced and in a professional manner by a licensed contractor that will minimize interference and inconvenience to other residents. Proof of appropriate liability and workmen’s compensation coverage is required prior to work being started.
3. Within 30 days of completion, the ACC must be contacted with proof of completion (vendor verification of completion and/or pictures); the Board will be able to inspect the work to confirm it complies with the guidelines.
4. Homeowner assumes all liability for any and all damages to other units and/or common areas, which may result from performance of this work.
5. Homeowner is responsible for the conduct of all persons, agents, contractors, subcontractors and employees who are connected with this work. Vendors are NOT allowed to put advertisement signs up. Vendors MUST remove their own trash – they may not use WP dumpsters. Use of third party dumpsters must be pre-approved.
6. Homeowner is responsible for securing any permits or approvals if required by the municipal authority and for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations, etc.
7. A decision by the Association may take up to 30 days from receipt. Written notification will be sent via email when the application is either approved or denied. Not receiving an approval does not waive the requirement to have written approval before work begins.
